Meet Joy

Life, unfortunately, does not come with a handbook. Throughout our lives, everyone needs help navigating life’s challenges. Asking for help for yourself or your family during a time of stress takes courage.

Joy Kiesch is a Child and Family Therapist with many years of experience providing compassionate counseling to women, children, and families. She has extensive training working specifically with survivors of trauma, specializing in both physical and sexual abuse, as well as supporting women who have experienced birth trauma. In addition, she works with individuals coping with a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, ADHD, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, life transitions, stress, mood management, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, parenting skills, bullying, gender affirming care, and relationship issues (including LGBTQ+).

When looking for a therapist, it is crucial to find the right match. She offers free, 15-minute phone consultations prior to your first meeting, in order for you to discuss your needs and to determine if you think she is the right fit. It is never too late to get the support you deserve; if you are ready to begin your healing process, contact her directly at 608-571-0558.

Please feel free to make your initial contact via phone or email joy@goldenvibescounseling.com, whichever method is most comfortable for you. Your privacy is important, so please be aware that email is not always a secure method of communication.
