“Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion” (Buddha, 2020).
It is my pleasure to join with you on your journey towards healing and self-compassion.
I desired to become a therapist after I transitioned out of the Armed Forces because of my calling to
continue to serve others within our communities. I believe in the power of healing and it is my pleasure to
join with you on your journey towards self-growth and self-compassion.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with our most vulnerable populations. I enjoy serving individuals and families. My therapy area of specialty and focus includes Anxiety, Complex Trauma, Depression, Grief & Loss, Homelessness, Family Dynamics, LGBTQ+, Life Coaching, and Veterans. I am skilled in activism, mentorship, and I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I
believe in change and I believe that one can be the best versions of themselves when allotted the space,
time, encouragement and tools to meet our overall wellness needs and desires.
I practice from a non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine approach as I respect the power of one’s
narrative. I practice from an eclectic approach, as I embrace various treatment modalities to better assist
those I serve as I believe in treating the whole person. Everyone is unique and no one story is the same.
