I have been fortunate in my experience as a therapist to have counseled a variety of unique and brave individuals who have allowed me the opportunity to support them throughout vulnerable times in their lives.
My experience has helped me recognize that you are the expert of your own life. Therefore, you are the best person to direct your journey toward reaching your personal goals. My goal is to provide a safe space to work through life’s challenges, as well as to provide new perspectives and tools that may be beneficial to you.
I strive to provide a comfortable and judgment-free environment for individuals of all ages, races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, faith traditions and disability statuses. I look forward to collaborating with you to meet your goals of therapy.
