• Our clinicians are hired as W-2 employees and are paid a
  percentage of receipts received.

• Salary depends on experience and productivity.  

• We have flexibility in scheduling and are seeking a Full-Time Therapist.

We are hiring for a full-time licensed psychotherapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in an outpatient setting.

 

We are a growing practice looking for a mental health therapist. That is why were are offering employment opportunities for therapists in Madison, WI, or anywhere in the state. We are looking for psychotherapists who value collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth. 

 

Additionally, we are looking for someone(s) with a specialty in the following: gender-affirming care, and eating disorder treatment. We value someone who practices cultural humility and is willing to work with adults, families, and children. We prefer this person to also have a specialty in another area, but do not require it.

 

This person must have some evening and daytime availability, preferably during the weekdays. Weekend hours are available, but not required. Preferably someone with private practice experience, but not required. Willing to provide online therapy in Wisconsin. There is flexibility to do limited in-person or online counseling.
