Meet Natalia
“It is not too late, you are not too old, There is still beautiful life to be lived, Still a beautiful story to be told.”

My approach is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, with the ultimate goal of creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can grow into the best version of themselves.
Please note that at this time I am working only with individuals ages 15 years and older and am not seeing couples or families.
As a first-generation American, I understand the complexities of navigating between two cultures. Growing up, I often felt caught in between—never quite “American enough” for my peers, yet too American for my parents. That in-between space shaped my identity and deepened my empathy for others who feel like they don’t fully belong.
As a woman, I bring lived experience to many of the challenges women face daily—from sexual assault and body image struggles to infertility and pregnancy loss. These experiences inform my work and allow me to hold space with compassion and understanding. And as a mother, I deeply relate to the pressures and expectations placed on working moms today. I’m acutely aware of how motherhood can affect every aspect of our lives—our bodies, minds, spirits, careers, and relationships—and I strive to support clients through those transformations with empathy and care.
My Treatment Approach

Compassion-Focused Therapy
I firmly believe that compassion is a powerful tool for healing, and it starts with offering kindness and grace too oneself. Self-compassion is one of the most transformative practices we can cultivate—it fosters growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. My aim is to help you develop a compassionate relationship with yourself, which can create a lasting foundation for positive change.

Trauma-Informed Care
In my years as a therapist, I've seen how trauma can profoundly influence how we see ourselves, how we interact with the world, and how we relate to those we love. A trauma-informed approach acknowledges the impact of past experiences and provides a safe, supportive space to explore and heal from them. I’m deeply committed to creating an environment where you can reflect on your experiences and address the effects of trauma with care and understanding.

Eclectic Approach
I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" model of therapy. Every individual is unique, and so is their path to healing. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques and tailor my approach to suit each person's needs, goals, and strengths. This flexibility ensures that the work we do together is both effective and aligned with what you want to achieve.

Feminist Therapy
As women, we often find ourselves bound by societal expectations and unrealistic standards. I am passionate about empowering women to reclaim their autonomy, redefine their own standards, and live authentically. My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the right to live their truth—free from external pressures—and I am honored to support women in this transformative journey.
