Meet Christian

“What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?”

- Vincent Van Gogh

Life is full of decisions—some that don’t seem meaningful, and others we give too much weight to. We do things we’re afraid of, carry regrets about the things we haven’t done, and still hold hope for the things we want to do. Christian believes that showing up through it all takes courage—and he’s honored to support his clients as they take each brave step forward.

Christian Flores is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. He works with individuals, couples, and families navigating things like trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, grief, and everyday stress—and he believes that healing looks different for everyone.

As a first-generation Latino with roots in Guatemala and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Christian understands how powerful it is to feel understood. He brings warmth, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique story, especially for those who’ve felt overlooked or unheard. Helping people reconnect with their strengths and grow into the fullest version of themselves is what drives his work.

Christian’s approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and rooted in cultural humility. He draws from proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy—always tailoring his work to what feels most helpful for each client.

He specializes in:

Trauma, anxiety, and depression

Life transitions, immigration, and acculturation stress, LGBTQ+ affirming care, Family and relationship issues.

Christian offers therapy in both English and Spanish.
